While I don't contest the Cadillac, I struggle to imagine the lexus beating out contenders from Audi and BMW. I'm a big fan of Audis in general, and for all the bitching and moaning about BMW, they're still making a car with a twin-turbo straight six and a manual transmission.

Every review I've read raves about the new Lexus IS, but I just can't get over the terrible styling of that thing. The whole Lexus lineup is one big styling disaster.

be that as it may, no one seems to like the way the new 5 series drives or the way its put together.

I haven't driven the new 5 series, so I can't speak from experience, but I have definitely noticed that every new generation of BMW is a monstrosity, and an overweight, numb, boring piece of trash for the peasants.

Until the next generation comes out, and then it's one of the best ever made, and a true classic.

Or maybe I just remember a time when everyone thought the E60 M5 was a pile of rampaging shit, the E46 M3 was no more a driver's car than a camry, and the E92 M3 was so massively heavy* and huge that it had no right to bear the name.

* ~90lbs.

So I'm more willing to extrapolate from past models than to trust what could potentially just be butthurt fanboys' tears.

I miss Lieberman. I think he was the one that came up with the Jalop scale.

That Cadillac is a serious car. I cannot wait to see how the V performs.

I think it's bold. I'd rather have that than the conservative BMW styling. It looks like an accountant's uniform.

Chris Harris loves it. That's enough for me.

I'm not a fan of modern BMW styling either. Hell they haven't built a decent looking car since the pre-Bangle era. But I wouldn't call it conservative either. My idea of 'accountants uniform' styling is Audi's pre-big grill styling of the 90's and I loved that!

Styling is certainly subjective but I don't think Lexus's could be worse if they tried.

The beak has nothing on the predator. As Arnie said "you're one ugly motherf*****".
